Hi everyone.

I have recently bought a pennine fiesta 1991 folding camper and in need of some help/advice.

In the kitchen area there is two black clips which fold up to reveal to holes which look like something should fit inside like some poles or similar. Also there is some white clips along the back...what are these :S

There is a black knob next to the fridge which pulls out with a spring?? what is this too please.

Any help would help me alot...

thanks, chris

Hello and welcome to the forum - you will love your new camper.

Can't help with all your questions but we have white c-clips on the back wall behind the kitchen that hold the 2 short poles that go horizontally to hold the kitchen canvas away from the main cabin frame. Don't know what the black clips are for.

I have read about the spring out knob on the older models ( try searching on here you may find an old thread about it) and have a feeling that it is to rest the first bed board on when you fold it down (the newer ones have a drop down leg.)

Hi again - I have taken a Photobucket'>of the awning frame - not sure if this will work - if not let me have your email address (substitute the at with at) and I will scan it at work tomorrow and email it to you. It is the newer model instructions but hopefully it will give you the general idea and you just need to practice.

Burcroft Camping have spares here

TVS at Bolton also stock spares and if they don't have them in will make them for you (at a price). Most canvas repair places should be able to help otherwise you need to watch ebay as they sometimes come up on there.

Try joining the Pennine Owners club as they may be able to help.

Hi Just sold our Fiesta and now have a Fleurrette Tamaris with reagrds to your  question:

There is a black knob next to the fridge which pulls out with a spring?? what is this too please.

If you pull the knob out as you fold the bed compartments it will stop the bed from folding down to much when in transit.
