Hi There,

just recently bought a 1992 Conway Cardinal Clubman with the green colourway. Problem is the canvasses on the sleeping area (not the inner section) has perished and we need to replace asap. Any ideas on cost/if its possible & best and cheapest area to buy from. Or even better, does anyone have any spares to sell? K

TVS stock spares for old Conway TTs made before Pennine took over after the factory fire.  Stock is listed on their web site.

Not sure where you are in the country, but in and around the Manchester area there is www.camperlands.co.uk and www.tentrepairs.com. I am not sure how much money your talking but it will not be cheap. You could try ebay there are a few people who break TTs and sell off canvas etc.

Good luck

Do you know anyone who can sew?  Surely someone handy with a sewing machine could copy the pattern?  This is from someone who doesn't sew so probably have no idea what i am on about lol.  Good Luck

A full or even part cabin canvas? I can sew (very well) and even have access to a heavy duty industrial long-arm sewing machine but I wouldn't even attempt to make something like this. Anyway, the canvas fabric would probably cost as much as buying a made up one.

If it was a cabin inner though, no problem.

Wish me luck and thanks for all your replies. Very Kind.
