Well we Recently sold our caravan as i was made redundant and we miss it so much i went and bought a secondhand trailer tent off eBay and we are going to try a few weekends away weather forecast for this weekend is supposed to be brilliant so off up to north wales to try it out.

Weather protection aside, I've never understood the fascination with caravans over TTs and folders. I mean whatever you're in you still sit in the same field with the same views and the grass is just as wet outside when it rains!

You know what? I think you'll enjoy it more. We just got back from a try out weekend in prep for a long trip up to Scotland on a campsite with a lot of caravans and as I was cycling past the rows and rows of vans on a stunning Sunday afternoon, all these people were INSIDE sat next to their windows looking out. What's that about?

Sometimes (rarely) caravan owners give you an odd look as you set up your FC. But they change their views once they see how big a Crusader with awning fitted actually is. I got the old redundancy last year!!! But it won't stop me having fun in the Crusader. I love it to bits.

Well we just got back had a Brilliant weekend no probs putting it all up had some great instructions off the guy who sold it beds were well comfy.

Was good to see what we were short of few tent pegs dish cloth tea towels, Oh and picked a 12v/240 cooler box up of the car boot £8 i love a bargain

Already planing our next trip.
