Hi,
On our way to Naburn Lock this afternoon and note that there are big delays on the A64 (approx 1 hour according to AA) and the A1 is closed at Doncaster just where we would join it.
I'm looking at an alternative route of
M18 upto the M62, off at J36 onto the A614
then A645 to join the A1041
Join the A63 becomes the A19
But I have no idea if these roads are okay for a Folding Camper with regards to width, traffic, dodgy junctions etc. Does anyone know this area at all?
Sorry if this sounds over cautious but I'm still very much a begginer to this towing lark and try to stick to main roads as much as possible.
