Just returned from our first holiday in our Concorde.
I found towing no problem,I did have a problem reversing, when we arrived at a site in Barmouth a large lorry carrying a Mobile Home was leaving and the road was very narrow so I had to try to reverse, not a nice experiance,I ended up jumping out, disconecting the concorde, pushing it out of the way,and then my wife reversed the car out of the way, Is it just me who cant reverse! I must take a reversing course, (I think the caravan club hold one)apart from that the concorde was a pleasure.
We had very heavy rain in Stratford on Avon and we had no leaks which you always worry about with a second hand unit!
After a visit to Warwick Casle (which I can reccomend) we moved on to Barmouth which was wonderful,a great site, great weather and a smashing town, I like to think of Barmouth as a 'Welsh St Ives'.
I estimate to set the Concorde up completely took about an hour, including pegging out,is that about right?
I can't wait to take the concorde out again,I hope to get a couple of weekend's in before we go to Cornwall for our two week summer holiday.
