In exactly 3 weeks' time my partner and I are going to Earl's Court with every intention of ordering a brand new Pathfinder, and I'm extremely excited, so I thought I'd tell you all!  I know that the wonderful people on this forum will fully understand my excitement, especially as I haven't camped for 10 years, but camped for 14 years before that in lightweight tents and folding campers and I can't wait to get back into a field!  All I need now is for Santa to bring me a Cobb and I'll be the happiest camper in Britain!  (Oh - I'd like a Wastemaster too.  My other half can't quite understand why I want to spend £35+ on a waste water carrier when you can get one for a tenner, but as he made it perfectly clear that if we went camping it was on the understanding that he has absolutely nothing with any sort of 'liquid waste', I'm the one that will have to carry the waste water and toilet cassette to the emptying point, so I'm having a Wastemaster and he is paying for it!!!)

Happy camping

Hi Scampi,

I know how you feel, this time last year my wife and I were also looking forward to going to Earls Court to order our new Conway Crusader.  Having seen your other messages about colour and I hope that the Pathfinder is still Green/Cream.

Good Luck and I hope you get a very good deal.

Hello scampi

I hope all goes well with your purchase and i think that the waste masters are a great idea as recently i strained my wrist carrying the water and toilet waste containers (not together) over a long distance and now have mild "carpul tunnel syndrome" and being a safety manager should have known better.

The wastemaster is well worth 35 quid in my opinion

p.s. what is the issue with a "blue" Crusader?

Regards

Andy and Debbie

Just thought I would tell you we have a Pathfinder and just come back from Brighton for the weekend. Well we could not believe it the weather was fab..

Just make sure if you can spend a bit extra get the blown air heating. We have it in ours and just makes the eves lovely and warm. We only had ours this year and we have been out in it from early March to Mid Oct.

My beloved Cruiser that I had to sell after I got divorced 10 years ago would be 20 this year!  Carry on enjoying yours Donna and Geoff!  Having to get rid of mine was the most traumatic time of the whole divorce!! (now that is sad!).

Happy camping

Well done Scampie for getting such a good deal with pressies.  A wastemaster is a must. I also understand your excitement, we bought a Cruiser earlier this year, and due to work commitments, weather etc were only able to use it 3 times.  However on of the times was a two week holiday in Sunny South Devon.  We have now put it into hibernation for the winter and I'm counting the days/weeks/months until we can use it again.

Happy Camping
