Our TT (raclet floreal) uses a clicky-out system when putting up the main tent. You pull on an outer frame part and the outer frame part "clicks" into place to provide the main frame for the tent. The clicking into place is done by little knobbly bits sticking through holes in the outer frame part. The outer frame bit has a series of holes, and the little knobbly bit can stick through any one of these holes, depending on how big you want the frame to be.

Each of the knobbly bits is mounted on a leaf spring (effectively a bent bit of metal) which sits inside a tube. One of my knobbly bits flew off its spring recently and I have had to give it some serious BFH (big flipping hammer) to get it back onto its spring.

I have a feeling that my hammering may not be a permanent solution, so any idea where I may get replacement springs-and-knobbly bits?

Ouch, thats expensive. Im sure my local dealer sells a pack of 10 for £2.50.
