Two steps I would take here.
First control the times he has a drink, making sure that he only gets to drink before being taken for a walk and certainly no drinks after he has eaten his evening meal.
Secondly I would use a Pet Shop bought Urine Spray Scent remover on any known piddle patches.
If these do not solve the problem then speak to your vet. Dogs do not normally soil their home environment and there may be an underlying reason for this behaviour.
