if you use the search on this site you will find alot about this post but in short.make sure it needs it first by wetting let dry and wet again check for leaks.(this only works if the tt has never been treated) so if been treated before fabsil works well and use a garden sprayer to apply a couple of light coats are better than one heavy.ofcorse the canvas will have to be clean to apply this try a soft brush and the warm water if no joy use a canvas cleaner.
