Thanks for the pointers.
Well we took the plunge and today bought Pennine Pullman, allegedly 1991 model, if it proves not to be and is older not a problem as it was not a lot of money, a deliberate move on our part just to make sure we are happy using it before investing a couple of thousand on a newer model.
Chassis, frame and canvas are all sound, canvas has some repair history, but is supposedly waterproof, soft furnishings a little dated rear lights need sorting so for now I towed back with a trailer board, all appliances there but untested, to be honest i willl be removing the panel mounted gas heater in favour of a small electric convector perhaps.
No awning but not a problem as generally there will only be the two of us and our dog, We now need to find or make some bedroom liners and a roof liner, again not a problem wifey said she will put something together.
I will put some pics on the gallery page soon.
