hi, i can send you the pole layout via email if you like, also dont forget to zip the awning onto the trailer prior to putting the poles in for the awning. when taking down do as it says earlier in this thread and fold up the back 1st then fold the front onto the back, then fold each side.straighten out best you can and then fold the trailer down, this will pack it all in quite neatly and should be done in around 10 mins! any probs dont hesitate to ask,the people on here are very helpful,
