We don't seem to be able to keep the centre roof pole on our concorde in place.  We pitch and peg the canvas very tight, and then put the roof pole in afterwards.  It all seems stable enough, but each day when we return after going out the roof pole is hanging from the front cross pole.  We asked Camperlands and they said to peg the canvas tighter at the front but this does not seem to make any difference. The pole that is a wardrobe bar between the beds slides up at the back and we don't know what to do to stop it.

Does this happen to anyone else? 

  hi  what we do is, we put the centre pole in postion first by the window part then give it a good push towards the beds part and screw it tighly we have had the camplet for two and half years and the pole never fallen down cant help with the wardrobe bar bit cause we never use it

I'm pretty sure we always pushed the wardrobe bar as far up at the back as it would go, and we never had any trouble with it, but that centre pole always fell down.  We have one in the new tt as well, and we've had times when it doesn't move and times when it won't stay in.  I think its about being dead level tbh: if there is more movement in one bedroom hoop than the other it will fall out. It probably would stay in better without the wardrobe pole, but with the concorde we were told it was necessary, and it definitely is in the Jametic, so I'm buying a bigger spirit level and trying to train the husband! 

If you think its might fall try to fasten it up with a bungee, because it really hurts when it lands on your head.

We never had a problem, but check your hand book for the diagram, as I remember seeing a camplet on Ebay for sale, in the pictures, they had got the centre pole completely the wrong way, it made me laugh, thinking they had been using it like that all along !
