Well here I am again cap in so to speak, As some of you know after seeking help about which folding camper we brought a second hand 1996 Pennine Fiesta, We now have got it clean!!! had the water pipes off and cleaned them ,stopped the sink waste from leaking you know BLA BLA BLA, we now have the electrics working fine, water and gas, but that leaves the fridge, that is clean thank goodness! but how do we ignite it? either on the 12 volt or the gas as we need either of these as where we go there is no electric hook ups, Also there seems to be know where to hang curtains in the bed ends is is that you just use the inner tents? Thank you all again I will be forever in your debt. If any one want baby Tarantula at any time I,m your gal, well old lady really but you know what I mean lol.

I'm not sure if yours is the same are ours, but on our three way fridge you only use the 12v when you are towing as the current drain will flatten a leisure battery very quickly.
To ignite the gas - on ours there is a small window at the back, bottom left. You turn the gas control knob to low setting, press it in and keep it pressed in, then press the ignition button. You should see a spark in the window, and when it lights a blue flame. It often takes a few clicks to bleed air out of the pipe. If it doesn't light for a while leave it for a few minutes to left the gas dissipate before trying again.
Once the blue flame is lit keep the gas control knob held in for about 30 seconds to warm the thermocoupling, then let go. The blue flame should stay lit - if let go too early leave for a while then repeat.

Hi there
The gas won't ignite on your fridge unless you have the mains electric switch on the fridge switched to off. A lot of sweating and swearing made us realise this!!

Hi with regards to your curtain dilema, we had the Same problem with our old aztec we thought they went on rods same as the awning till we found some curtain wires in the locker, then we found some small holes in the frame either side of the window opening of the inner tent, we then realised that you thread the wires through the curtains and hook them into the holes,

HI i bought a used pennine Fiesta in April and have six learning trips out it, I didn't know about the curtain wires until they came off on the last trip out.....what a fiddle trying to hook them up in the dark.. I hope you were able to go to Bakewell I was meaning to go but the dreaded flu caught me out.... Hope to be able to attend a meeting next year...
