I have posted my complaints about this beautiful camper here on the forum in the last four or five weeks.

I have written to Pennine about my complaints concerning my 16month old camper and am pleased to report that they are prepared to do all necessary repaires free of charge. I have arrange to take the camper over to their works in Accrington later this month and leave it with them for a month or two to sort it out.

anyone thinking of buying this folding camper should be encouraged that Pennine take complaints seriously.

Hopefully the bulk of these campers are made a little better than mine, because in spite of my complaints with it I still think it's a good piece of kit.

What were the faults? as I'm wanting to buy one next year.  Iasked the salesman at our local dealer and he said they dont have any serious issues really but then he would say that . Glad you are getting yours sorted though

Dropping mine back at Casey's to be sent back to Pennine to sort bad stitching on canopy and the fact the bedroom windows don't velcro back up.  Also sorting the sink out after not draining properly, even though this was due to external pipework stopping it draining quick enough,it has become delaminated.

Also hoping they will sort out the low level LED's as one was right on the floor and right up against the sink cupboard making it very difficult to get the cover off, the other one was put on at floor level as well so one quick turn with my foot and off it snapped.  Looks like they have put proper wired ones in on the new quartz.

No questions asked it was just "let us know when you have finished with it for the season and drop it back"  - excellent service, even provided some tenacious tape FOC to stop the stitching getting any worse.

Long story, but If you go to my profile you can read my posts. I don't know what the percentage of complaints to sales are with the camper, but there does seem to be plenty with the same problems as me. It's a nice piece of kit, but could be made stronger in my opinion.
