We have recently purchased a Raclet Solena which we are really happy with.

I have a couple of questions:

1) We bought the Solena via ebay.  It is a braked trailer but it doesn't have the storage box that I have seen on some trailer tents.  Does anyone know of a dealer or a place where we could get one of these storage boxes?  I gather Raclet make two sizes of these boxes, does anyone know if the larger one will fit on the Solea trailer?  Also, if anyone has any idea how much it might cost to get one that would be useful to know!

2) Are there any manuals or sites on the internet that have usage instructions or tips for the Solena? We've seen the Youtube videos and it is actually pretty intuitive anyway but if there was an owners manual that would be great to have.  I'm really after any info or tips on usage, maintenance, storage etc.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Marcus

Tony Wild, Woburn, Beds does a huge plain white front box for (i think) £150.  They also do loads of camping stuff which is cheaper than GoOutdoors.  They don't open again until February though :(

Not sure where you'd get the Raclet one though it might be worth asking Tony Wilds when they re-open if you haven't found one by then.

I can't help with the front box as ours had the standard metal one already fitted, but I'm sure I saw one with quite a large box fitted.

You will definately need a box as the inside storeage is limited.

I searched for a Solena manual, but gave up. I don't think they exist.

You could join the Raclet owners site http://racletowners.proboards.com/index.cgi , but it's very quiet on there.

Highbridge Caravans and OBI Leisure in Cowbridge,South Wales will sell you these.

I damaged the box on my Floreal and asked for a quote.

I believe about £200 for the small one and £300 for the large unit

If you google trailer boxes a number of companies make their own type much

cheaper but i dont know what the insurance implications are.
