Thanks folks, it's unjammed now.
I attached the car and dragged it a foot ot two, then unhooked it and pulled it out of the rut in the gravel and it freed.
I jacked both sides up to "spin" the wheel so it doesn't perish and left the brake off. It can't roll and it's clamped anyway.
When I get chance I'll service the brake shoes give it a good clean and regrease with copper grease.
