Happy new year to all (bit late, but better late than never). I have an Erde 142 trailer complete with a jockey wheel and a spare wheel which is attached via a underdraw bar bracket, but the wheel being the size it is is fowling the jockey wheel when I want to use it. The wheel on the jockey is approx 3/4 of the size of the spare and this stops the jockey wheel from being able to rotate any more than about 45 degrees unless I unclip and extend it, which then makes it not very user friednly. I see that some manufactures have a bracket that fits on the side of the trailer for the spare wheel as opposed tobeing put under the bar, this seems more logical, but I cannot find any that fits the erde. Does anyone else have a similar problem and have you managed to get around it somehow. We are looking at taking it over to France this year and really do not want to be without either the spare or the jockey wheel as it will be loaded.
thanks for any replies in advance.
