i have just bought a new sunncamp 400se trailer tent its about 5yr old but never been used or built and everything is still brand new all the poles are sealed in boxes and tent is brand new in the bag with all the curtains but the only thing is i have no instructions on how build it. ihave i managed to download a basic diagram but still looks so complicated as i have never built one of these before. i would apreciate any help you may have or if anyone has taken a video of them building one. i just hope i also have all the pieces. i have the trailer, tent, curtains, box with poles, pegs, clips guy ropes, sink & cooker, i could also take pictures of what i have, i would love to hear from anyone with any information that would help me, i would even pay for your help, thanks  harry

Had the same instructions for mine when I bought it SH (2008 version).

You should try assembling the awning poles in your garden or a park (you will need lots of room, its a big tent).  The drawing looks quite daunting but if you break it down its not to bad. Make a couple of copies and using different colour highlighters mark out roof poles( 8, 11), legs (13, 14(inner)), kitchen legs (15, 16), trusses 19, 20, 21, 22), kitchen roof (23, 17,18 ).

You may not have poles 24. Dont worry I didnt.

Poles 1 - 7 form the frame on the trailer and fold out as per instructions. Make sure you fully extend all of them.

The hooks on all the roof poles aim towards the trailer.

Build half first(trailer side) ie poles 8, 21,22, joint 10. legs13, 14. Then kitchen, then front half.

Dont fully extend roof poles 11 until you have the canvas on and the little stubby bits fitted. When the canvas is on pull them out and tighten for a good tight tent.

Just a few pointers. Good Luck.

Well said Mascot - probably the best way to get it built and in the fewest words possible i think!!!

when you take it down, put coloured stickers on the poles and put each section in one of the canvas bags - you should have 3.

Also make sure you zip in the front door panels (in whatever combination you want) before extending out the poles to tighten the canvas up.
