Hi folks.

We took our 2009 Crusader back to Pennine in Accrington last October because of faults which i put up on the forum last year. Pennine told us to leave it with them over the winter.

We picked it up yesterday and they have fixed everything i highlighted to them and more. The canvas top went back to Sweden to be repaired and the seems strengthened.

They were very helpful and efficient, and we saw the new models coming through. The thing i liked about Pennine is that they are putting all the weeknesses right in the new models, taking on board feedback from customers.

All we need now is a decent summer, cos last year was a bit of a let down.

Got my 2010 crusader back from them last weekend after the cabin got sent back to sweden for repairs, Casey's checked it when it first came back but they hadn't fitted a strap on the awning that was missing so it had to be sent back to sweden again!  Which is why it was away for 3 months! but all sorted now.  Casey's even had to winterize it for us as it had been there so long - one less job for me to have to do!

Seem to see a trend devolping here with the new fabrics , bit worrying that they are sending them back to sweden while customers have to wait , would be better if pennine fitted new top from stock while Issabella sorted out the problems ,

Conners dad what part was winterised have never heard of this before

Basically putting cardboard round the matresses and large bubble bubble wrap underneath the transit cover.  Gives it a bit of insulation and helps stop condensation.  Cardboard would soak up the moisture before getting into the matresses
