There is also Canvas Repair Centre in Newcastle under Lyme who will make you an annex to match your awning. Probably cost you about the same price as a new one from Pennine though (£250)
Tony Wild Camping sometimes lists spare parts which includes some fc extras and thetentshop which is part of Burcroft Camping also lists spares - (we bought an awning and sun canopy for a blue Conway Countryman from them a couple of years ago that are still in the garage unused if anyone's interested). Have you checked those out?.
I have seen some universal annexes pictured on fc's - I'm sure there is only one type, but you have to remember they don't zip on so if you are going anywhere windy it might not be up to the job. These cost about £100 I think. One or two people on here have them and found them OK.
