Easiest way we have found is:

Make up front section of poles & lay out all poles in place.

Dip trailer side down so you can hook side & top poles in, we have a small step for the centre one. Attached then to front section.

Put in all legs & adjust to take the weight of the frame. Now lay canvas across top of frame nearest trailer ( suitably folded ) Use step & zip on, don't forget to smooth down velcro flap, as it's the only time you can reach it.

Pull canvas downwards across rest of frame & pop over 'spikes'

Either extend legs or push up trailer to right height, which ever works for you, if you do the trailer first the legs might fall out. Adjust all poles until it looks right.

We peg across the front then by the trailer inside, then all the bits inbetween.

Good luck.  It's not that bad after the first time

Suzi

I have the 'instruction book' but it's pretty use less really. It does include the schematic for the poles but doesn't help in putting it up at all. Mine is 2002, but they haven't changed much.

If you get stuck I can send it to you, but it's not really going to help !

Suzi

Suzi, do you still have the awning diagram for the Comanche awning?  I have just bought one but the sun canopy poles are in with the awning poles and we are trying to sort them out.

I would be grateful for any help you can give.
