Wished you'd posted this earlier, only parted with ours two weeks ago!
Should be 2 bags of poles; one for first part of awning including kitchen and one for front part including the porch. 3 poles hook into frame which if I remember rightly have tension adjustments on them, kitchen bits clip on and a front section forms the front of first bit from floor, over top and down the otherside! There is another long, segmented section that forms the very front section; again smaller horizontal poles from previous long/sectioned bit. and then 3 short sections to complete the front, from the outside. Can be awkward around the porch bit.
Hope you can make some sense of this!! Is it worth contacting cabanon to see if they can help?
