Hello everyone

I have a gas cylinder with a clip on regulator, can I connect this straight up to the regulator on the bulk head in the storage box of my pathfinder.

I would say no you will need a different bottle, from the regulator on the bulkhead of your pathfinder do you have a length of hose with a large nut on the end if so you will need a bottle like This,This is the type we used on our previous sterling which had a bulkhead mounted regulator.
