Brought a mistral tt earlier in the year, and finally managed to put it up for the first time today. Absolutely great tent, and think i got myself a bargain, and cant wait to go of with the family.
putting it up though i did have a little accident that resulted in a tear in the roof canvas(learnt my first lesson today, and no doubt i will learn many more in the future),so can anyone recommend a good place to have it repaired in somerset/devon?
i also need to replace a few of the peg rubbers, and a clip that allows you to connect the kitchen extension to the main awning frame, any advice where i could buy these from?

If the tear is only small I would try Tenacious Tape, it is very good for small rips etc. and will save you a lot of money.

thanks everyone, i will try those places for the spares, sadly the tear is probably too big for tape, about 6 - 7 inches at least so going to have to get it repaired. also i think with such a nice tent it needs looking after, as i see a great many holidays with the family, so any recommendations for tent repairs would be most welcome.

i live in devon had have had to have repairs done to my fc could not find anyone local to do it so had to send mine to tent valeting service for repair.so if you do find a local firm don't keep to yourself.having said that tvs do a great job.

I have been given a number by Highbridge caravans for a company that repairs tent canvas in bridgewater. i believe its off J23 M5, so dont know if it will be close enough for you wongers, as depends on where abouts in devon you are.
