Last week I had exactly the same problem except mine was the hot tap not working. I assume you are referring to the taps in the washroom rather than the kitchen sink?
If so, its easily fixed. The microswitches for the washroom taps on the pathfinder can get dislodged so that they don't get activated when the tap is turned. To fix this you need access to the back of the washroom wall where there is a cutout section with exposed pipework and the microswitches. You can either fold-down the washroom so the back wall is horizontal (better visibility) or simply access from the bedroom tent side. The microswitches probably just need a 'wiggle' to reseat them. You can hear them 'clicking' when they are working. They are only held in position with a plastic clip and are easy to remove and replace.
