Hi looking for possible answers to a problem we enountered on a recent camping weekend . First day cold water connector fitted ok , second day no cold water checked the water connection under the sink and it had popped out with a bit of water on the work surface , tried for several mins to get the male connector back in , heard it click , but would it stay in NO ! ;-(( , Spoke to my dealer and he had never come across this problem suggested i clean the connections ... done that and still no resolution. Decide to order new parts £27.00 from pennine group. , But it is baffling me why this is not working ... Any Ideals gratefully received .

Hi HowieG  , Sorry for the long response tried the hot and its not clicking in to the cold so have just changed both of the cold connectors male and female , after a bit of a mix up from Pennine sending the wrong parts , but all is well now and ready for the next adventure. Took a bit of time to complete as had to reach inside the cupb and have 2x spaners inside the cupbd to tighten up the plastic connectors. The female connector was the faulty part but decided to change both.
