Hiya, could be a few options. Dont know much about your unit, but hopefully I can help with a diagnosis.
Firstly was there any smell to indicate a burning after it blew.
Have you checked the fuses and replaced them, they should be normal blade (car) fuses bought online or any garage.
Did you take the heater out and reset the onsite RCD and also reset your units RCD. If this has not helped, then Consider a test at home by plugging your cable into your home supply and running through the tests.
