Hi - going to see one tomorrow with a view to taking it home with us (already agreed a price). Just wondered if anyone had one and what they thought?

New to FC's - only had tent before so feeling a bit unsure  though think/hope it is the way forward for us (had been looking at caravans but this is the best of both worlds?).

Any advice welcome - Thanks - Gaynor  xxx

That is good news..it is a 1999? What do you reckon would be a good price? He was asking for 3250 and has agreed 2800.

Im not to sure on prices for a unit that old, mine is a2009 model with the isabella fabric.
Pennine took over conway several years ago after a factory fire.
I believe the unit you have has the pull out beds , rather than the fold out style that is used now, many people prefer the pull out system.

It would be a good idea for you to do a search under pathfinder or crusader to find many links.
We to went from a tent to a folding camoper, will never look back now.

I've got same year model. Saw one on EBay the other day for a fixed price of around that figure. I paid £3250 but that was about 5 yrs ago. £2800 is not too bad assuming it has an awning, aquaroll etc. I love mine and consider it the best thing since sliced bread. Be sure it's a '99 model and not a '98. I know someone who was "conned" that way. The '99 has an oven, and is more "modern" in design. The serial no. indicating year of manufacture, is on the "A" Frame or just underneath the LHS front chassis. After the / is the year. Just check for peace of mind. Assuming all is ok you will enjoy it immensely of that I am sure.
