I can't say if they are any good I'm afraid, as I haven't got one. I have coveted one, but can’t  bring myself to pay the (over inflated?) price. I did wonder if I could make something similar if I got some canvas, but then decided against it, as I understand that the zip is hard/ impossible to match.

In the end, I have just ordered a decent windbreak, which will replace the cheap one that I use (together with the canopy) to create a sheltered outdoor area, where I still tend to do much of my cooking. This has worked well for us in both glorious sunshine, and heavy rain, though rain does tend to "pool" on the canopy

BTW, “welcome”. …. I see this is your first post! Did you know that there is a “camplet” facebook page? If you use facebook,  you could ask this question of other camplet owners, some of whom I know have the  front and side screen

When we had an Apollo we had the canopy and screen. To be honest, it is OK, but does not fasten to the canopy that well - just a zip on one side and then ties for the remainder. We rarely used it, although we did use the canopy most times we camped in it. Mind you, that was more trouble than it was worth when it rained, as it collected puddles and we had to be careful walking under it!
