Does anyone know where I can buy an inner tent for a conway? We've just purchased our first tt, it's very old and the inner tents are in a state, any help would be much appreciated.
Upper inner tents for the cabin, or the undertents that hang under the bedboards? The latter are easy enough to get as they're a standardish sort of size. The inner cabin liners are not standard and come in a variety of designs. They're only cotton/polycotton though so if you can sew it would be easy enough to copy them in sheeting fabric. The hooks and fixings can be bought in any caravan & camping shop.
Thank you both, I had thought about sewing them. I'm goingt o do the curtains so may aswell. Found TVS website really helpful, defo using them in the future
You can make bedroom pods easily enough, they are simple boxes that are higher at the front. with a door in. I had drawings of when i measured and made the ones for our Pennine Pathfinder,
Remember that the sizes of the inners for each model of folding camper and trailer tent will vary. What trailer tent do you have? For the correct size and placing of ties and fixings it would be easiest to take apart one of your old liners and use it as a template. You could reuse the fixing hooks as well.
