Plenty of threads on tips and diagrams using the search facility. No idea about a video but search youtube maybe

This thread has some useful tips

Do try and lay out the poles in their locations first and ensure you have everything. It takes a while bit certainly shouldn't take 3 hours!

Zip on the awning first.  On mine - I have the fibre poles, there are 3 with the twist lock fittings (either end and middle) and 2 with the 'grab' type over pole fittings that support the roof canvas. Fit these to the camper frame and just let them hang down to the floor.

The 3 with the twist lock fittings go into the bridged or corner poles (twist to lock) that make up the front. 

Fit the cross bars between the corner and the bridged centre pole, then the 'grab' poles onto the cross bars.  Obvious when you look at the frame when its up :).

There are a further 2 that support the frame at the front.

The short stuby ones push into the front frame and support the canopy bit.
