I would really appreciate advice regarding the E&L Lunar Month Folding Camper Insurance. Does this cover damage to camper when towing in the event of an accident? I would like to insure our Pennine folding camper but only for the periods when it is in use as it is securely stored in our garage at all times unless we are using it. Advice and comments very gratefully received!

Best ask the insurer really,trusting the word of a stranger will not help with a claim! Get it in writing from the source!

I should look up threads on several caravanning sites before you decide on E&L They have had some very poor reports on their performance when it come to claims

I used to insure my dogs with E&L. They take ages to pay up and use every excuse they can to avoid payment. I doubt they are different for campers. Really could not recommend them.

I used to insure cameras with E&L. But they keep upgrading the insurance coverage, unless you stop them, with attendant increase in Direct Debits. Don't like this approach at all. Changed insurer.
