If you want the awning annex that fits into one of the side panels of your awning, you will probably have to scour ebay/preloved etc as Pennine will only supply parts for existing models or those 1 or 2 years old. You will also need to check, if you do find one the right colour that the zip fits. One of our members on here, Lisa (Steer) - I think she also runs the Pennine Owners Club) will be able to tell you what zip fits.
You can try Tent Valeting Services (TVS) in Bolton who carry lots of Conway and Pennine spares but I think the annexes are hard to find. The same with side skirts although you can have them made to fit not just at TVS but others like the Canvas Repair Centre (Newcastle under Lyme). www.thetentshop.co.uk (Burcroft Camping) and Tony Wild camping also stock some spares so these might be worth a look.
Good luck
