Probably more in the pennine than the sterling  table four chairs barbeque fishing tackle box and cool box. It means that we can leave the locker cover off and just sat on the tow bar which makes access much easier. John wanted it because he thought it looked more balanced. You can see it in our profile.

you could also invest in an extension  for the sirling and use that as a toilet/cloakroom and storage area. you would also have an extra bedroom for friends or family.
