We are looking at getting our first TT, a trigano olympe.
Does anyone know if it is possible to turn it on its side to fit it through a gate to store? Or is it too heavy to lift and turn? Do we need a bracket?
Laura M - Did you get an Olympe and have you got it in it's side? We're still arguing about the best way forward in our house. I want an Olympe but it will have to go diagonally in the garage on its' side! So interested to know if this is practical or not. I know brackets are available but we've been told it's a 3 man job to tip it up??
If you use a bit of thought you can get it on its side with only two of you. I jacked our up and placed blocks under the wheel then did it again with blocks under the jack. At this point it was quite high and didn't take much effort to get it on its side. Getting it down only took two of us and wasn't as hard as I thought.
apologies for jumping on someone elses thread - but we have just bought a used Conway Cambridge trailer tent, 1993 model i believe.
Does anywhere still sell a side stand for this model?
I need to get it through a gateway and into the back garden
Depending on the model the ex works weights are 255-300kg
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
