As already stated you could go to The camping and caravan show at the nec but i found that the camping section was very small and a bit disappointing. Yoemans do tent shows on a regular basis ive just been to one in Derby , there were about 30 tents on display ( only display what they sell ) . So it will give you an idea on what you are looking for .But remember that you can always buy cheaper on the internet and their value promise is a pile of poo . Hope you find this helpful
If its tents you want Yeomans Outdoors do exhibitions around the country during the spring and summer. The Motorhome and Caravan show at the NEC will have some folding campers and trailer tents, plus accessories. There's another company that sells Raclet, they do a couple of exhibitions as well although I've never been because they are down south.
We're going to the NEC this year because I do like to have a nosy around the different units!
I thought the camping, folding camper and TT section at the NEC show in Feb 2011 was quite good - the show is actually called something like the Caravan, Boat and Leisure Show.
I don't know how the Motorhome and Caravan Show at the NEC in October compares but I suspect it is considerable smaller. It is also much cheaper than the Ocotber show and tickets include parking.
Adults £8 in advance or £10 on the door extra £1 off in advance for Caravan Club members. Another £1 off for Seniors and children upto 15 are free. Show guide included in price.
I'd forgotten about the boat and caravan show, probably because I've not been. I might try and and rectify that next year, I do like to know whats out there!
I like the motorhome section at the October show, not that I want one, but some of the conversions are very clever, and the massive American ones are nicer than my house!
if you like to have a look at everything and not just the things you are interested in at that exact moment, make sure you get to the Feb show early and plan to spend the whole day there.
I really only went to take the mother in law around the motor homes and we could have spent at least 3 hours in that hall alone. As it was we only stumbled into the camping, TT and FC area on or way out and going round that at a trot still took an hour, never made it to the boats etc.

Judging from the info I had with this months Caravan Club magazine I would say that the Feb show is bigger. It occupied two medium sized halls and three big halls.
There were erected TTs and FCs at the Feb show.
I can't decide whether the Oct show is by comparison cheap to get into because it is smaller or because people may be less inclined to go along and buy than they are in Feb as they are starting to look forward to the start of 'the season'
The October show is about same size but is mainly motorhomes and caravans. Also has folding campers, trailer tents and lots of accessories. Oh yes, had a section on statics as well. lots of info on camp sites at home and abroad to get ideas for next year too.
