hi all !! just wondering how late in the season you fc & tt campers camp, my oh is looking at going away in our fc last week in october ?? i'm not so sure brrr, lol

The very latest you can camp in the year is new years eve,and anything before that is fine too. I will be taking a fan convector and  calor heater though,and a bottle of Jack Daniels to see in the new year.

why not come to the hopleys meet, it's not that far for you and there are plenty of people going even in tents so I am sure we can all swap tips for keeping warm lol

We're wusses and have packed ours up for the winter last weekend ;)

Obviously typical that we now get some mid 20's temps right through this weekend.....   in fairness it wasn't to do with weather but lack of weekends available before half term actually

We'll be more adventurous next season as this was a our first season with it

But we are in a camper van, propex heater, and a fan heater on the EHU....lol

We're going for last camping weekend on Shell Island end of Oct as they throw a big bash, including halloween fancy dress party and fireworks, plently of alchohol and thermals.

we are off camping next week in our TT, i just hope the rumours of snow aren't true! i'm not that adventurous... it'd be just my luck!  However if the weather stays like it has been the last 2 days it will be lovely.
