thanks a lot for the quick replies. Just the info I need. I was looking on the Camplet website and saw info an all of the models but no dimensions.

Hi,think they are all 18sq mtrs. Closed L323cm W160cm H95 .Open L569cm W400cm  H depends on model.Royal at least 6ft at front more next to bedrooms.If you go on product overview map on virtual brochure info is on there.Good luck
