Hi guys , i have a FC that will be sitting outside this winter, it was fine after the winter last year but would appreciate any advice that will keep it good for next year.

Make sure you drain all the water from the pipes, toilet flush tank, loo cassette and hot water tank. Invest in a winter cover & park it nose up by raising the jockey wheel so that the rain runs off of it. Leave the brake off and chock the wheels.

If you have space indoors it is worth removing the inner 'bedroom' linings.

 We plan on hitching ours up every few weeks and taking it round the block to keep everything moving. Will also give me some practice towing!!

Obviously you can drop the front rather than raising the jockey wheel if it works best. That is what we do as we park on a sloping drive so use the slope and drop the front to get the water running away. Make sure you chock it well if leaving off brakes on a slope!!

We've taken anything material like out this year as well as anything with liquids in (toilet liquids etc) and stored indoors

Would like to jack onto axle stands but worried as we are on a slope!
