Hey all,

Just wondering if there is anything quicker to put up than a Raclet? I've got the Marathon and think that's pretty easy and quick.

But is there anything better?

One could argue that most TT are in one way or another are a copy of another manufacturers.

Personally I think the holtkamper looks like a tent under a big sail.

However, it`s like most things in life what suits one person may not suit another !!!

I am a great advocate of Folding caravans. 5mins to set up and get the kettle on, no worries about wet pack downs and 4 solid walls around you. Mind you there are just 2 of us and we use a 4 berth ( keep one area set up as bed ) so if you have children you will still need an awning for extra space.

Mind you with the awnings you can get these days you can still be set up withing half hour ( using carbon fibre frame poles )

There arent as many around as FC's and TT's an we bought an older one and are doing it up, buit if you have a decent budget you can get some excellent ones for a good price. Worth a look at least if you haven't thought about them before.

Have to say, I like folding campers, prob is I only have 670kg left to tow with once I take the truck weight out of the 3.5t for combined towing
