28 psi should be ok

Pennine Aztec is smaller than the Pullman and its tyre pressure is 30 if this is any help

You can always telephone Pennine leisure and ask them, tyre pressures are really important and a few pounds can make all the difference.

I have a 2001 Pullman which needs 30 psi unladen and 35 psi fully laden.
