Have you had a look on youtube, there's a couple of videos on there that may be helpful. Just take your time and think about what you're doing you should be OK, there's some on here with them so they might be able to give you their instructions that come with practice.

                                                   I have lookd on You Tube and have trawled the internet but have had no joy.There does not seem to be any videos for the Jamet Louisiana or very much information on them as far as i can see
