Hi everyone

The Camplet Apollo is quoted as 17m2 and the Concorde 18m2 - the Camperlands website shows the dimensions of both models as the same. Does anyone know where the size difference is?

Cheers

Ken

Hi Ken

The front roof canvas of the Concorde is longer (275 cms as opposed to 250 cms, but the width is the same) giving a bigger living area.  In order to support the extra canvas the Concorde comes with a roof support bar that fixes from the bedroom to the front.  Although it may not seem a a lot on paper, I certainly appreciate having that much more more living space.

Thanks Berksgolie, but ...

... we just bought a second-hand Apollo Lux! We talked ourselves out of the need to hang on for a Concorde for the extra space, perhaps we'll upgrade in the years to come.

Very chuffed with the Apollo Lux though! A breeze to put up. Can't wait for just slightly warmer weather then we're off.

Hi Ken

Pleased to hear that you've taken the plunge and bought a Camplet.  If you enjoy your Camplet as much as I enjoy mine, you won't be disappointed!

Can anyone with a camplet tell me the nose weight. I want to tow behind a trike and don't want too much weight on the tow ball. Got my eye on an Apollo lux but it's a long way to be disappointed .
Thanks
