No such thing as a cheap Pennine annexe. Last week there were two on ebay and one sold for £200, the other over £300. Think about a one-man Quecha pop-up tent, it should be just high enough to fit under your bed, should be a fraction of the cost and can be used on its own for camping and the beach etc etc.
