We use the Caravan Club & Green Flag "Mayday".  Easily the best as your trailer is actually covered whereas most will only take it a finite distance to a repairer, not all the way home. In addition, if you have booked a site and you are on your way, they'll take you and pick you up again at the end of the journey.  We have two cars on full cover (homestart, replacement cars etc etc) with them for £110 a year.  Single car is about £90.  You have to join the Caravan Club though I think.

f you join the RAC using the C&CC you get a special service where they will actually go onto the site and assist you with your car or "trailer"
if you join the RAC as personal member they attempt to fix the car you are in (who-ever's it is)
if you join at the cheapest rate your car is the only thing thats covered ,if your trailer breaks down you sort it outwe were in the AA and then in 2001 we noticed they do not cover anything over 18ft (may have changed now) so we joined the RAC

with all of them get at least recovery and then hope you break down on the way home if you do
when your subscription comes up either threaten the one your with you will go to their competition and most times they will suddenly reduce the renewal fee or simply go to the opposition where you will get it cheaper online anyway

Another RAC here, no complaints but shop around for what you want (need).

We use ADAC..it links in with the full AA package including Homestart and gives retrieval of unit anywhere in Europe plus hotel expenses whilst being repaired.
Works out about £85 per annum for you and your partner when driving any vehicle.
