Thought you might like to see the new roof on my fc. It was done by Gerry Reynolds in Newmarket last November and this is the first chance we have had to put the canvas back on. Hope the pics work

The camper had been left up for months under a tree by the previous owner and the tree sap damaged the roof, it was covered in tiny holes. We bought it for a really good price, the new roof cost us £400 and it's a fantastic job.

We put the canvas back on today and had a good sort out of all the cupboards that I had just filled up with all the stuff from our old camper and I have now got loads of space for new camping stuff

The rest of the cabin is still grubby and the next nice day we will be washing it off with water and soft brushes and then a layer of seam sealer around the join

How fantastic is that. May I be nosey and ask, putting the lot together the damaged one bought for +  the £400 for this well done job. equals = ? for you gamble willing to take.

What unit did you have before.?

Hi beanpark - we only paid £1200 for the camper so it's only cost us £1600 for a 2002 model ...bargain or what.

No the Fiesta in the background is not our old unit - we did have a Fiesta originally but bought a 1997 Pullman the year before last so we know what a difference it makes. We sold it for more than we paid for the new one even after taking the blown air heater out so we are feeling a bit smug.....is this my reward for the courier company losing our uninsured awning canvas last year? 

Yes Miserly, Kev's a lorry driver so he dropped the canvas off when he was passing through Newmarket and they couriered it back 3 weeks later for £15.

That 1991 Fiesta is going up for sale in the next few weeks.
