Hi all, we've just bought a 91' Conway cruiser folding camper, when we collected it one of the wheels locked up, we reversed the camper and this seemed to remedy it. We decided that we needed to get it in for a service ASAP...which we attempted to do tonight. We set off to the garage but going over a speed hump (not too fast), one of the wheels decided to lock again, after going backwards & forwards a few times it decided to unlock, we went for about 15 metres then the same thing happened again. We ended up having to be rescued on a low loader and taken back to our house. Now we can't get it to the garage. Any ideas good people? :( feeling a bit disheartened now.
Thanks all, my brother came round, jacked it up, took the wheels off, sprayed lots of wd40 and managed to get it to the garage. Now just waiting to hear what the say...
Well, the garage couldn't particularly find anything wrong wih the brakes, apart from a build up of dust. They took them off and gave them a clean. So we've bookd it in for a service at a specialist trailer place in the next town, just for peace of mind
