It would appear that there is a fuse within the toilet itself according to this page. Have you checked this one?

Or, it could be the Electric Valve Assembly also on that page.

I had an issue with my flush a couple of seasons ago.

Mine kept blowing fuses though. The only fuse I know of is located where the toilet cassette is located, at the right hand side (item 19 on the drawing LobeyDosser supplied).

I finally traced the fault to a seized water pump impeller. I had not flushed the pink water out enough after the last use before I stored it. Over the winter, the "pink stuff" had gone hard. This seems to be a common fault. I cleaned the impeller and got it  moving, but it was not very smooth so  I changed the pump for a new one, everything ok.

Check your pump , its easy to do. will try to dig out some instructions of how to remove the pump if you need them. It realy is a 10 minute job.

Which model toilet is in you year camper, C2,C4 ??

Are you getting power as far as the fuse in the toilet?

We also found that the Pink Stuff gummed up the works and now use Top & Tail as this does not affect moving parts in the flush system.

Sorry if I am going to state the obvious on how to find , download and open all the repair instructions to all the thetford toilets, but I want to make it simple for any reader to do it .

Here is a link to the thetfords site.

the link for the toilets is

http://www.thetford-europe.com/en/products/toilets/cassette-toilets/c400.aspx

Click on service (which is under the picture of the toilet in grey ((next to General information in blue box)) , it will change to blue when your mouse arrow goes over it ), Then click on PDF repair instructions ( in blue writing). Open the file or save to pc..

On the left hand side there is a list of toilets ie. c2,3,4 or C200, c250 c400 etc.

Double Click on the one you have, this will then open another list with detail on how to repair/ remove components .

Scroll down to pumps and then click on that. Nice pictures come up of how to do it.

Hope this helps you out, sorry if I went to basic/obvious on how to find things on the site, just trying to make it simple for all reader.

It is a simple job to do, much easier to do than the pictures may make out.

Any other questions please ask.

Just had the same this weekend, changed the fuse in the cassette compartment and it blew again. Hubby took the pump out (remove the toilet roll holder to get at it) and cleaned it, apparently they can get gunged up. Put it all back together again and it works fine

Tell you what though, what isnt funny is putting the cassette in back to frontand ripping out the fuse and holder.

It is a bar steward to get the mechansim out to repair and the cables that go to it are not very lengthy and a bugger of a job.

I still don't laugh about that one!
