Easier to do it yourself ... Isabella awning cleaner.
We once bought some canvas cleaner ( not isabella ),it was supposed to be made for cleaning canvas,we followed the instructions to the letter and it bleached the canvas, has luck had it it was only an old trailer tent,we would have been annoyed if it had been a decent trailer tent.

The only cleaning stuff I've ever used is Grangers Tent Clean which is fantastic on cotton canvas - no colour fade & it cleans it really well. It comes in a very small bottle, but dilutes enough to clean at least three awnings.
Cleaned our 2010 Conway Countryman with Isabella cleaner last year and reproofed with Isabella product - terrible problems with leakage last year, not just at seams. Isabella, though still selling Alpha 123 cleaner for awning canvas state on a different page that 'FIRSTLY, DETERGENT OR CLEANING AGENTS MUST NOT BE USED' - do be careful as we were very lucky not to have any permanent damage to bedding etc.
