Anyone had any problems with the tap on their Camp-let?
I was packing the trailer down at the weekend and upon turning the tap around to close the kitchen the faucet came off in my hand! The mounting and the switch are still attached.
Anyone know how to re-attach the faucet to the mounting please?
Mmm yeah it looks like it should just push back on as nothing seems to be broken. Maybe I just need to be a bit more forceful with it! I'll try again tonight.
On the subject of Camplet taps, how in the blue hell does everyone drain/dry out their tap before packing up? It doesn't seem to matter how much I try, there are always drops of water all over the kitchen when we get home....
You have to disconnect the pump and and blow from the tap end(tap on),and you still won't get it all! I've got mine clipped so it runs downhill all the way, helps a bit, before it had an annoying bend which stopped it draining.
Hi All I have just fitted a quick release gas connector and I am now starting to fit a quick release water connector. I hope this will save me having any pipes permanently connected to the kitchen. This will eliminate any water getting in to the trailer and also make it a bit easyer to put away. When finished i will take some photos.

Oooh,I want one! Any chance of posting the details of the connectors?
Here is the link the thread is not a complete match but with some gas PTFE tape its fine. When you take the old connector of there is a copper washer that you do up against.
